All registrants will also have the opportunity to participate in the free throw and 3-pointer contests.

  1. I agree that prior to participating, I will inspect the facilities and equipment to be used, and if I believe anything unsafe, will immediately advise the event director of such condition(s) and refuse to participate in the event.
  2. I acknowledge and fully understand that I will be engaging in activities that involve risk of serious industry including permanent disability and death and severe social and economic losses which might result not only from my own actions, but also from the actions, inactions or negligence of others, the rules of play or the conditions of premises or of any equipment used. Further that there may be other risks not known to us or not reasonable foreseeable at this time.
  3. I assume all the forgoing risks and accept personal responsibility for the damage following such injury, permanent disability or death.
Releases, waivers and covenants not to sue, Baron Hirsch Congregation, other participants, sponsoring agencies, advertisers, sponsors and if applicable, owner and leaders of premises used to conduct the event, all of which are hereinafter referred to as “releasees”, from demands, losses or damages on account of injury, including death or damage of property, caused in whole or in part by the negligence of the release or otherwise.
